Return Process

  Log in to your Sophie Costco Next account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original boxes, ensuring all seals and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
